Kayenta Homes & Properties

People are our first priority

There are two things that matter when choosing a real estate agent—the quality of the agent and the ease of your experience. At Kayenta, we pride ourselves on both of these qualities, pairing you up with an educated and engaged Agent you deserve with a professional and seasoned Broker who together will provide you with stellar service. Our team will always have you covered 7 days a week.  We are here to serve you and all of the people that inquire about Kayenta.

Luxury has many faces. For some it is a sensation; others, a journey; as for Kayenta Homes & Properties we will provide an honest, professional experience each time you work with us. Our goal is to bring value to Kayenta homes & lots and to add a positive experience to the folks we serve.

We know the Kayenta market. We have earned our leadership position here because of our integrity, creative marketing, and service in the community. We are a fun group of professionals; we enjoy the parties where we can get to know you, bring our unique community together, and enjoy learning from one another.

We appreciate your referrals and want you to know that this community and the people that live here are our first priority.  Numbers are NOT . We appreciate and understand the style of living that you enjoy here and we make a special effort to educate those that come to us for advice and guidance, and what they can expect from our exemplary community. Thank you again for all of your support.  Stop by anytime, we are always here for you.

Exciting news from the Kayenta Desert Arboretum Foudation.  We have been hard at work developing a project to link the Arboretum with the Desert Rose Labyrinth and to make substantial improvements throughout.  After several months of discussions with a number of State and Local agencies, we have confirmed a commitment of $31,400 toward this major project improvement. Work will begin once temperature have begun to drop this fall. Project funds will be primarily be used for  the purchase of materials and we are dependent on community volunteers to accomplish the work.   We are in the process of preparing a volunteer list.  If you can assist, please contact Roger Head, rbh@mtaonline.net or 435-632-1814.

There are not many things that are free these days.  However at the Ivins Animal Shelter two older cats are waiting for their forever homes and the adoption fees have been waived!  As you may know having a cat is a healthy thing!   They help lower blood pressure, provide companionship, give you someone to love, and are a constant source of entertainment!

CAT--peachesDollyPeaches’ picture makes her look sad and she probably is.   She’s waiting for her forever home where she can sit with you and keep you company.  She would be so happy to have a real home and to know she is worthy to feel loved.   Her shelter mate is Dolly a flame point tortie.  She is 8 years old and a very sweet, quiet cat.  If you know of a senior or someone who is home alone one of these cats would make a perfect companion.  For more information please contact the Ivins Animal Shelter at 435-628-1049.

INKAS wishes to give a big THANK YOU! to the Social Action Group for their generous donation to INKAS in remembrance of our good friend and supporter Barbara Rusick, former director and treasurer of INKAS.

A big THANK YOU! to the Ivins Shelter team and the wonderful volunteers at the shelter for helping “Bonnie” get to Best Friends. Bonnie is a young lovable Lab/Pit mix who came to the shelter with extremely bad hips.  Bonnie made the trip to Best Friends at the beginning of May and after a tearful farewell Bonnie walked into Best Friends where she will get the special medical care she needs and will no doubt find her forever home.  A very special Thank You! to Lois for never giving up!

For information about INKAS please contact us at INKAS4pets@gmail.com or check us out on Facebook.

FIAS hopes everyone is enjoying the hot summer months.  Please remember your pets have special needs during the hot weather.  They must stay cool and hydrated the same as you and me.  If you have questions about any pet special needs please contact FIAS using the information below.

Our “Wish for the Month” is Purina Kitten Chow, Purina Dog Chow, Friskies Canned Cat Food and scoopable litter.  Our puppies have been adopted but as of this writing all of our kittens are still waiting to find their forever homes.  FIAS appreciates YOUR support of this valuable program.

FIAS is always in need of helping hands.  We would especially like to encourage tech savvy individuals who would like to help the homeless pets from home to volunteer.  If you have a few minutes or lots of spare time please email or give us a call.  FIAS and the homeless pets would appreciate your help.

The homeless pets in the Ivins Animal Shelter & Adoption Center are featured on the Friends of Ivins Animal Shelter Facebook page and Petfinder.com.  Please visit both sites and share the information with your family and friends.  FIAS has assisted with placings pets in forever homes from Alaska to New Hampshire and points in between.

As you shop on Amazon, especially if you are planning on helping grandchildren with “Back to School” needs, please remember to SMILE for FIAS.  This program helps to support all of our efforts to save the homeless pets.  FIAS is financially responsible for both Ivins and Santa Clara animals.  It is a big job and we would appreciate your support.  Smiling for pets does not cost you an additional fee when you shop on Amazon.
