Douglas Caputo is a native of Salt Lake City. He started real estate in the late 8os in Southern California as a sales agent with Tarbell Realtors in Redondo Beach. In the early 90s Doug moved back to Utah and became an agent with Mansell and Associates. After a few years with Mansell, Doug obtained his brokers license and joined Realty Executives as an Associate Broker.
In early 2000 Doug made his first trip to Kayenta, a year later he was living and working here as the Principal Broker of Kayenta Homes and Properties. “Kayenta will spoil you” Douglas admits, “…it’s difficult to find a more peaceful, beautiful and friendly place to live”.

Dianne Bauman, a native Utahn, is a licensed realtor who moved to Kayenta in 1997 after 27 years in Houston, Texas. She worked in real estate and residential high-rise management in Texas before joining other family members in the Kayenta Community.
