We have designed a 2,677 square foot home that follows the criteria initially outlined. The garage is for three vehicles or two vehicles and an extra space for storage, workshop or studio.

The first thing you will notice about the Concept Home is the inviting Entry Courtyard. This courtyard functions as a welcoming entry to the home as well as a sunny patio for enjoyment of Anasazi Valley views to the south and southwest.

Upon entering the home, you will notice abundant views and cross light. Large floor to ceiling windows create a connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The Great Room Living Space offers openness and an easy flow between the living, dining, entertainment and kitchen areas. Every room is a living room. The large windows invite your eye to take an excursion outside onto the Outdoor Living area. Once outside, you will find an opportunity for grilling, dining or just relaxing in the sunshine. A covered pavilion provides shade and the addition of an outdoor fireplace adds to the warmth and visual ambiance of the space.

Bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the home for privacy while the third bedroom functions as an in-home office with a pull-down bed for guests.

There is much to explore about the design Concept Home so we will be covering more details in the weeks to come, as we enter into the Bidding and Construction Phases.
