From time to time, we have rental opportunities here in our community. These are the result of residents who do not live here year-round, who are on an extended holiday, or who own a home here but still waiting to retire to move here. This is ideal for those who would like to try before they buy, to see what spending some time in the winter or the summer would be like, or just to experience Kayenta for more than just a pristine sunny afternoon. Most of our rentals are 30 days or longer, in keeping with the rules and guidelines decreed by the City of Ivins. However, in the commercial sections of Kayenta (Crescent Moon Inn and the homes next to the Coyote Gulch Art Village) we are able to offer short-term rentals.
